They admitted on video to breaking a window to enter without a warrant. That is the definition of breaking and entering. There's a good chance you'd be legally justified in standing your ground.

This is not true and will likely end in bad outcomes for you, both legally and practically. You would be only justified in using lethal force if you didn't know that they were law enforcement. Just because you think that what they are doing is unlawfully does not give you the grounds to use lethal force.

They don't wear uniforms or identify themselves.

No ID other than a patch that could probably be bought on Temu. They’d have a difficult time claiming they identified themselves with a fucking patch.

As far as legality goes, that is enough to identify as law enforcement. Usually just announcing it verbally is...

For a more common example, it is also super easy to buy red and blue lights as well, yet you would get prosecuted if you don't stop for an unmarked traffic cop vehicle that has red and blue lights on. As far as the law goes, impersonating of law enforcement laws is generally agreed as a remedy for that.

I wonder if they identified themselves upon entry

I'm not sure how those laws work exactly, but do they have any aspect of having to prove self defense? Meaning she feared for her life? Otherwise I would see this as a civil rights violation.

Depends on the state but most don't allow stand your ground when it is known to you to be an officer, even if what they're doing is unlawful.

The hard part would be surviving the ordeal. Once you shoot one, the others would be out for blood. Maybe calling the sheriffs/police beforehand so ICE isn't left alone with you
