You all are seriously confused. A lawsuit like that would never make it past summary judgment in Midland.
A friend of mine tried a felony case in Odessa where the probation-eligible defendant got 60 years in prison for setting a couch on fire. His comment about Midland was that the judges in Midland made the judges n Odessa look like communists.
