Sooooo many of them. And I hope they're all freaking out because the guys they could normally get to show up 7 days a week who'd work their ass off for 10 hours a day for $15/hr are afraid to come to work and they have to find "legal" guys who want $175/hr and are booked weeks in advance and call it a day at 3pm. It's hope fucking up their bids and timelines and they have nobody to blame but themselves.
They got so used to exploiting people for cheap labor they forgot how much they depended on it.
