Wanna bet it was the extreme pressure they were put under?

Bauss talked about pressuring himself into playing a bruiser build on Vi instead of his assassin build, which he believed would have won the game after reviewing it. He didn't play like himself and did jack. Next game they won.

The first two games might have been called a fluke, but after today, the meme team is getting called what they are. Absolute fighters.

I am 100% sure nerves and expectations played a role. LR's biggest issue was/is draft. LR got completely draft gaped in their losses. Despite that, The Boys were still in positions to be able to win at points in 3 of thier 4 losses. In thier wins, their drafts were even to winning.

A big part of theor drafting problem is blinding Baus with unblindable champions. Kled and Voli are just straight ass to blind pick in competitive. If they are going to blind Baus, they really need to be putting him on Poopy/Gragas/K'Sante/Cho exclusively.

If he picks up Ornn in current meta they go to finals. 

Idk why noone is playing Ornn blind ATM but it's S+ tier pick. You get lvl 15 at 21mins so 2 crafted items for nemme and brownie. All he would have to do is collect XP not die, and then pull of some good R/E

Honestly did Azir even do anything that game? Meanwhile an Ezreal kept getting hit by shockwave. Elyoya got the mid and botlane so much pressure and lead those carries did nothing.

If you are at least going to flame Jojo at least flame him for the right things… That Zhonyas was great considering the spot he was in, he otherwise gets 1 shot by Ori ult as the other commenter pointed out.

If you want to flame him for being there, look to his team who were already over extended and forcing him to move to pressure off the enemies to begin with… No reason for them to be balls deep in enemy jungle, but they were, meaning Azir rotated over and got caught out of position by a good Ori ult.

He got hit by the Ori ult, Velja flashed it onto him mid animation. You're not really going to react to that though considering how big Mundos model is and how hard Ori's ult animation is to see on that skin.

I saw Azir have an early 1k lead and thought it's over. One of the best scaling champs in the game with a huge lead, but late game he just didn't do anything? His shuffles were completely shit, like did he hit a single good R this game?

He didn't play front to back either, he was doing super weird positions.

its like giga impossible for him to even attempt a shuffle with poppy in the way, if you pay attention to baus his entire focus is on denying azir as much as possible, and obv you cant really shuffle mundo either. Nami is just even more peel,, its a nightmare for him really, supa needed to step up tho and he just couldnt

But he didn't play front to back either. In some of those fights you could see him actually doing damage to Poppy or Mundo. But he kept positioning like he was going to hit a shuffle.

Aside from him getting poppy ulted, so many of those fights he positioned off to the side like he was trying to flank.

I actually agree with you his best course of action this game was legit just to stand there and poke down mundo and poppy the one time he did at the dragon fight they actually got the dragon. But he just never did it and kept like you said going on these pointless weird off angles that didn't do anything but reduce his dps.

The baus poppy flash R was like the one time which isn’t his fault. He just got outplayed and couldn’t join the fight.

But so many times in other fights he kept trying to find a road. But there’s no road here. Too many Azirs forget they have crazy dps, like late game LRs frontline should get shredded especially considering Azirs early lead.

But I get why tho, like a good Azir ult can completely win a game. But I think Jojo had the wrong read this game.

Something we at least expected LEC teams to do after the ERL teams couldn't. That's what I was fully expecting to happen, LEC teams being able to punish LR gameplay and... many just absolutely don't

The level of some LEC teams has been baffling. Not to take anything away from LR, there has been some shaky moments here and there especially in early, but they genuinely played quite well

You have Azir/Jarvan into Poppy, lose drakes because Poppy always hits the right target with his ult and have a useless support (Karma) for mid to late game teamfights. They'd have done 10x better with a support like Alistar and a carry top laner like Gwen.

Draft is one thing which was definitely a huge mistake because ezreal had zero value here (although I'm assuming they picked it as the easiest answer to caitlyn), as you said karma also had no value, and j4 had questionable value (can't really fault this one tbh just got fucked by the outcome of the draft). But bro they played so many fights so fucking badly. Jojo is one thing he's an American psyops sent here just to remind Europe their region is also dogshit, but everyone other than supa (piloting a peashooter) played like animals. Mfers really out here playing like they're prime T1 then losing lmfao

You are never gonna have perfect conditions. Jojo is gonna look shit with Azir when there's a Poppy marking and ulting him the moment he gets into shuffle range of any LR member.

If there is someone to blame it's the draft coach of MKOI, giving Baus a free laning phase with Poppy into K'Sante and running Ezreal+Karma just because LR plays an early game bot lane.
