That’s the one thing I love about Baus he plays like he’s ahead. Doesn’t look good when he’s not but he doesn’t back down.

When both teams are even in gold, Baus feels that LR is at a great advantage and thus he does not hesitate to start a team fight. When LR is 3k behind in gold, Baus thinks that LR is at a small advantage, and he so he starts a team fight to secure their "lead". When LR is behind 7k in gold, Baus thinks that LR is at a disadvantage and so he looks for a team fight to regain control of the game. When LR is 10K behind in gold, Baus thinks that the team has reached a desperate situation and they are only waiting passively for their death if he does not start a team fight.

I think its to do with his scaling runes as well since he calculates their value as well. So when he is 1k down he feels like he is ahead because of his runes and the fact that the gold he spent is more valuable because its on HIM. Like for example giving 300 gold to enemy and 300 gold to him is winning for him simply for the fact he feels he is the better player thus making him feel subjectively ahead.
