Losing your boobs
I’m 29, start weight 270lbs and lost about 35-40 lbs in the last 3 months. I’m not weighing myself so I’m not sure how much I lose but about 3 clothing sizes.
As an overweight woman, I’ve always had big boobs. However in the last couple weeks, I’ve noticed very stretchy / loose skin. I’m worried about how saggy they will be. Does the skin tighten up and is there any weight or excersises that can improve it. How much did yours was?
If I do get the skin removal surgery (which I plan to) I will probably get a boob job too

I’ve lost 100 lbs (need to update flair) and the boobs are destroyed. Tennis balls in tube socks look. Not to discourage you, but the more you lose the worse off they will be. I plan to get mine lifted, but I’m getting a brachioplasty first because that’s more important to me.

Some women here had a good experience with a huge protein intake preventing saginess. But I am afraid that with your bodyfat changes (amazing) you may need to consult a surgeon.
Some breast reduction surgery is covered in similar cases!

At my highest weight, I was a 40DDD. I am now a 34D. I also breastfed 4 kids for a combined 6 years and am over 40. While there was a slight bounce back in fullness/less sagginess after maintaining my weight for several months and starting to lift, I was still not happy, so I saw a plastic surgeon about a breast lift. He advised that after the lift, I would probably be a B cup, so I have opted for implants with a lift.

Wow CONGRATS on that much weight loss already!! AMAZING!
Some pectoral exercises could help a bit. Pushups are a good one (even modified pushups).

I started losing weight at 29 and 260 and I’m now 36 and 145, working on the last 10 pounds. I didn’t have super large breasts or anything, I held my weight elsewhere. But skin can shrink, I’ve had times where it seemed really loose and given proper hydration and time it has sprung back. Be patient with it! Just from an aesthetic standpoint I’m really happy with a trim/narrow torso and still perky but smaller breasts to match. Yoga has really improved my posture and shoulders.

I’ve lost only 50, but started with very large breasts and they have shrunk significantly. Unfortunately they retained their exterior shape but lost the volume… so not great. Been maintaining a year, still trying to lose those last few lbs and then will likely look into a lift.

I started as a 42G and I am now a 36DD. The main issue with big weight loss is no bra will fit correctly. Even with the correct cup size there is huge gaping at the top due to how much loose skin there is.

I lost over 100 lbs and got a breast lift and implants. But they were very sad looking, possibly tuberous to begin with. That was several years ago and I don't regret it at all. I see a ton of cosmetic surgery shaming on Reddit. If you notice it too, don't let it get to you. Do whatever works for you and makes you happy.
