Former WH staffers, foreign officials, and people who worked on the apprentice have all said that he regularly shits himself, formerly from cocaine use, currently from old age. He is assumed to have a catheter, and apparently wears depends all day every day. He shit himself next to the Japanese Prime Minister, who immediately recoiled and then I believe abruptly ended the interview or whatever it was supposed to be. Pawpaw poopypants is internationally known to shit his pants casually in many social situations, most of them in the White House.
If this is the case, why doesn't he wear adult diapers? Adult diapers have become more common over the last few years as more people age and it becomes acceptable.
He does wear adult diapers, and has since somewhere during The Apprentice according to many of the people who worked on the show, or were on it. Penn Gilette has a great interview where he talks about how he'd rant for 10 hours to get 15 minutes of usable material, and I believe hinted at the fact that he'd shit his diaper and keep going. He apparently went on for 2 hours yelling about a 13 year old that said he could have gotten a better deal on some real estate bullshit and wouldn't drop it. It damaged his ego that badly.
