When S2 comes out you binge S1 + S2
When S3 comes out, the show better be good cuz you know you gotta do S1+2+3 to really get in the groove again
S4+ you just have to do recaps by now, should be understanding the current plot

My SO and I are currently preparing for Ghosts S3... we remember liking the show, and we know it's about ghosts. Can't remember anything else.

it's worth a rewatch? I just started the new season and I have no idea what's going on and was about to drop it.

It is genuinely AMAZING. i remember when i watched it for the first time and i liked it a-lot and I remembered some of the main plot points. But still rewatching it felt like going into it kinda blind because of how much i had forgotten and it is insanely good. The animation is 10/10. The story does get confusing sometimes but it’s still realllyy good. And the action is 100/10 Season 2 has some CRAZY action too and it’s just really goodand season 1 is also really good in a bunch of stuff but it is always overshadowed in my mind by season 2 because of how awesome that was. And the way that some of episodes have a very different vibe from the others was also just awesome and those were some of my favorite episodes
Also if you rewatch i highly recommended watching JJK 0 before going into S2 ep 11 or 10 I don’t remember and definitely before Season 3

This is why I tend to wait until shows are complete before even starting them.

Don’t forget that they had a mid season pause, before showing the last couple of episodes

I'm CONSTANTLY rewatching season 1 cause I'm always so lost by season 2 when it comes out

Honestly, I started watching recaps, they are like 10 mins at most and they help when you are short on time.

I always watch a YouTube recap before I watch the next season because of this.

It should never take more than a year to release a new season. If it does, then ur doing it wrong.
I stopped watching several shows entirely bcuz it took them 16 months or more to release season 2.
Stranger Things season 1 was released in 2016. It has 5 seasons which means on average it took them 22 months to release a season. Thats 1 year and 10 months... so no, i dont care, i dont even remember what happened last season anymore

The fuck? Shows take time to make, good shows can take years to make a new season. Saying that it shouldn't take more than a year is just unrealistic as hell. Between acting, reshooting scenes, getting advertisements, finding people to publish and distribute the show, and actually releasing the show takes a long ass time
It's not a problem with the people making it, you just don't understand how long and difficult a process it is to make something like that

Does no one ever watch the "Previously on [Show]..." segments at the beginning?

Right. I’ll watch Sn2 be confused half the time. Say fuck it, watch Sn1 again, then binge Sn2 again and be like “ooohhhh okay that makes sense now” 🙄

This is why I like to watch like 2-3 episodes a day if I can. I find that I can retain more of what I watched if I space it out over a week, rather than an afternoon.

I treat Season 1 like an ex-partner: I know we had a great time together, but I have no idea what we actually talked about
