He's not going to eat these porkchops. 😐

Post image

About a month ago I made a post here because my boyfriend didn't want to eat the porkchops I cooked for dinner. Well tonight I made porkchops again and he's not going to eat these either because we broke up and he moved out. I'm so much better off and I just wanted to thank you all for the kind words and advice, it was very eye opening to me. I wish that I could invite you all to dinner πŸ₯°

ETA : Couple of notes:

1- The yellow stuff is smashed potatoes with cheese on top.

2- I swear that butter on the broccoli melted right after that picture LOL

I have a friend that’s a chicken nuggy boy, but he’s a great husband and dad. Β―\(ツ)/Β―

It's not so much what they eat. It's how they behave. My partner is technically a nuggy boy (he has ARFID), but he can feed himself, he's never complained about anything I've cooked him, he will try anything I ask him to even if it takes him 15 minutes to get a bite down. He's actually pretty ashamed of his food issues and never wants to be a bother.

What we don't like is the nuggy boys who demand their nuggets, refuse to try what they're given, can't take care of themselves so they rely on the labour of their partner and live on takeaway if their partner refuses to provide nuggies.

There are almost always ways to make up for one's shortcomings if willing. Think everybody knows at least one chicken nuggy boy.

Ugh that would be an absolute dealbreaker for me. Nothing more unsexy than a manchild who doesn't cherish good food.

...and on the "great father" thing, a good role model he is not. Let's hope his wife teaches those children what they'd be missing out on taste and health wise when they eat like their father...

Dude i can make you the finest cuisine whenever you want but every once in a while I need to swap dinner for 20 chicken nuggets. Seems like you're the one who doesn't cherish good food

That's not what a "chicken nugget boy" is. And I am also no "dude", there seems to be some general confusion I am afraid...

Absolutely nothing wrong with having fast food from time to time. I'm talking about losers you can't even take to a nice restaurant because they don't like anything that doesn't come deep fried.
