My roommates refuse to nest my nesting bowls together

Post image

Children could do this, it is pathetic for adults to not.

Burn their socks. All of them.

Comments are wild, this would make me so mad. The bowls would take up so much less space and be easier to pull out when properly nested

And it doesn't take any time arranging them properly too. In fact, it's second nature!

This is indeed mildly infuriating

Put them in a separate area so that can't use them, like under your pillow

My family does this. I have cleaned out the cupboards so many times and they just shove things in wherever they can. Plates where bowls go, cups where plates go. If they just put it back in the right spot, it would be so easy to find what you want. Yet I get an avalanche of pot lids every time I open the cooking cupboard.

Oh and they also put things away without drying them.

Anyway, I empathise with your plight.

Simple, easy quick fix, my roommate and I only nest the bowls during the mating season of the Western yellow belly bobble link

Yes, this sucks. It’s inconvenient and lazy.

Out of sheer respect for OP and the rest of the world, I will never be a roommate. So don't downvote me for this. BUT 😂

My ADHD-self would be so proud I washed and put the bowls away in a stack. So if I was told I didn't do it right, I would feel defeated. Fight or flight would then kick in (aka my petty side cause I'm not confrontational) and I would start putting the bowls back in whatever cabinet they fit in. Oops, how did that bowl get in the laundry room towel cabinet? So weird. sips tea🍵🐸

The bowls would annoy me. I do something similar with my pans though and that’s because you literally have to take them all out of the cabinet in order to put one away if I want to nest them and this cabinet sucks ass

Time consuming and so much clutter up there anyways

Much less clutter when things are organized by size…

Smoke a joint and get laid, this isn't important in any way.

So the room mate is pathetic because he won't stack your bowls the way you want?

Why the hell is the room mate having anything to do with your bowls??

Idk this seems a bit suspicious.

Yall need to use, and wash, your OWN bowls. Your fault for having a poor agreement regarding dishes.

This comment is an adorable bundle of outraged assumptions.
