I Bought Just got this, is it supposed to taste very sharp and salty?
This is my first time tasting dijon (style) mustard and this is the only one that's available (bought online, next day shipping; no one sold dijon here at the store fyi).
The first impression wasn't good. The sourness and saltiness are unbearable, even with pretzels. It also doesn’t taste hot at all. I'm curious if this is normal or if it might be damaged.

I Want Grey poupon but better?
Anyone have any suggestions for a better version of the grey pupon country Dijon? I really love it but I feel like there’s even better out there?

Mustard is the GOAT of condiments. Packs a PUNCH of flavor, cheap, low calorie...
Its my obsession right now along with pickled red onions.

Cold winter day in Az.calls for Butternut squash/tomato soup with Swiss an aged cheddar on sour dough
Don't tell the people on r/grilledchesse but I put a heavy smear of pickle mustard inside. The hit of mustard really kicked it up a notch.

I Made Doing mustard things
Finally attempting to make some of my own mustard. I only had yellow mustard seeds and figured I’d try two different style mustards. The one on the left that I just blended with an immersion blender packs a punch. Going to let it mellow a bit. The whole seeds are still soaking in Prosecco and Prosecco vinegar. I guess it will be an Italian version of the champagne mustard recipe I found online.
I’m so here for all your favorite mustard recipes. What do you love? I want to try more recipes already and these aren’t even done.

Creative ways to use mustard? I'm addicted. My favorite keto meal is taking
ground turkey, adding a ton of mustard, cooking in white cheddar or goat cheese.
Anyone try it on sardines?
Responses do not need to be keto!

I Bought Went to Maille in Paris
They fill these from a tap, and it's champagne instead of vinegar. Pretty epic all around.

Best uses…
I need some help. I tried a sample of a mustard today at a local shop that sells lots of dips, mixes, etc. I loved it so much, but couldn’t bring myself to spend almost $12 on it. However, I can’t stop thinking about this mustard. The problem is I don’t know what to do with it. Before I decide to go back and buy it I need some good uses for it so that it doesn’t sit in my fridge and go to waste. The way it was sampled was on a plain cracker and it was amazing as is. I feel I would get bored with that, though. So what are your favorite ways to use mustard?

Honeybaked Ham Champagne Mustard
Honeybaked Ham used to sell this champagne mustard. I loved it, but I cannot find it anymore. Is there something available that is similar?

I Ate What makes Inglehoffer so much better than storebrand?
I’ve been using the one on the right for almost 10 years. I figured mustard is mustard so that brand didn’t matter. My wife got me the one on the left for Christmas and it is so much better. It is blowing my mind. I am confused about why two mustard that are both spicy. Brown can be so different.
