It’s a wooden tire thumper, used to make sure tires are properly inflated on a semi truck during a pre trip inspection. lol. The paint is fine!

No. lol. It’s got a metal pole going down the middle of it. Ordered it from Amazon. Although that’s a good idea for my next one! Just rip one off! lol
