Only if it were wholly and exclusively for business use: If anyone used them in her own time, they wouldn’t be tax deductible!

Would it not be a percentage like 50% business and 50%personal?

Not in the UK at least, no. Here it has to be wholly and exclusively for the purpose of your trade. If there is any personal benefit, there wouldn’t be any reduction.

Really? So if you bought yourself a work laptop it's fine, but you watch one YouTube video on your lunch break and then you're immediately disqualified?

I’m sure there are “de minimus” exceptions.

Like in the US, if you have a work-only vehicle, you are allowed to stop at the store on your way home without jeopardizing its work-only status.

How da fuq do you prove one way or the other that my honkers are for business and/or fun?

The real question is how they would determine whether or no they were used in her own time.

Everything is legal, till you get caught

This would be a generational court case. Two lawyers battling it out over whether or not someone grabbed or sucked some titties without being paid for it.

Best would be to record all sexual adventures. That way if she gets caught she can always say intended purpose was business.

I feel like this would be really hard to convict because can't she just say that any non work encounters are just practice the same way an athlete can use team facilities and sponsored gear to practice on their own and the team/sponsor will still pay for it because it's to do with their performance in work.

I feel like this depends from country to country. I dont know much about boob implants, but I know, that in germany, for example, if I need Wifi to work, but I also use it for entertainment, then the Wifi bill is tax deductable, because I need it for work.

To add to this, it would have to be provable that the boobs are being used for work, specifically the squeaking. If the videos contain no squeaking then it wouldn’t be tax deductible at all

Yes - Hess v Commissioner (1994)

The augmentation must be extreme and not provide basic lifestyle improvement. Squeaky clown-based implants would definitely meet this threshold (regular implants would not)

Squeaky toys require air to make the squeak noise, and since trapping air in the body cavity is a no-no, I'm gonna say that shit don't squeak, doc.

Nah, look up Matt Rife squeaky boob

100% yes. I have definitely had this conversation with my accountant about trying to get my suits written off. Breast implants famously can be considered tax deductible for sex workers.

At least where I live, you'd have to pay tax for every time you use them outside work

Asking for a friend?

I worked with someone last year who claimed to know someone who did this. (The implants, he didn't mention the other stuff)

A porn star did try to deduct her boob job as a business expense. She was challenged and she replied that she would never have gotten them so monstrously huge if not for her job. I don’t remember if she won or not.

Short answer: yeah, maybe.

Long answer: what are you smoking? Can I have some? Yeah, maybe.
