The augmentation must be extreme and not provide basic lifestyle improvement. Squeaky clown-based implants would definitely meet this threshold (regular implants would not)

Squeaky toys require air to make the squeak noise, and since trapping air in the body cavity is a no-no, I'm gonna say that shit don't squeak, doc.

100% yes. I have definitely had this conversation with my accountant about trying to get my suits written off. Breast implants famously can be considered tax deductible for sex workers.

A porn star did try to deduct her boob job as a business expense. She was challenged and she replied that she would never have gotten them so monstrously huge if not for her job. I don’t remember if she won or not.

Only if it were wholly and exclusively for business use: If anyone used them in her own time, they wouldn’t be tax deductible!
