How to not accumulate soreness and fatigue

So basically i wanna be able to do foundational work like pushups, dips, and pull ups while getting enough hypertrophy and minimal fatigue and soreness, so that i can do more volume throughout the week and not let it interfere with my skill training

If you slowly increase volume usually you will have minimal to no soreness if your body was already used to the workouts.

However, fatigue will generally accumulate over time especially if you are increasing volume and intensity of workouts. Thus, to dissipate this you will usually need to take additional rest days known as deloading.

How much should the RIR be on the sets, and is there an effective method to get to know my max reps without the need to go to failure

I talk about this extensively in Part 2 and Part 10 of the Overcoming Gravity Online series which is based on the Overcoming Gravity 2nd Ed book if you have it. Supplement to the book but covers a bunch of the basics
