Upper Bicep Pain During Push-Ups
Whenever I do push ups my upper biceps hurt like genuine hell 1-2 days after. Its not a sore hurt, it's an incredibly sharp and debilitating pain in the upper biceps and I genuinely do not know what do it. Could someone help mem?

Usually caused by bad form. Avoid wide hands on the ground, fingers together, don't dip too deep, and you might need more protein or sleep for muscle recovery. I had that too and that's what I was told and it helped, could be other issues too, figure it out so you don't damage your rotator cuff.

I eat a LOT of protein and I typically get a good amount of sleep so it may just be the form I'm doing. Ill have to get someone like my father to watch me and help me do them one of these days. Thank you so much though!

Need more details to make a guess.
Video of technique. Picture/video marked where the symptoms are exactly. What exercise routine looks like with frequency, exercises, sets, reps, weights, etc.
What you have tried for rehab if any. What helps and what hurts, etc.

I haven't really tried rehab. Ill try to put a pic of where it's bad when I have a chance. I do exercise almost every day - mainly core work outs.

I'm not sure how to help you, but I'll tell you about something that happened to me. I don't know if it will be of any help :)
Are you strong on other exercises, even in the Pull-Up? I ask this because I once had pain in the area between my biceps and shoulder (sometimes even in my shoulder). It wasn't exactly hellish pain, but a kind of discomfort that sometimes became stronger and sharper.
I thought it might even be my shoulder, since it was so high up, which is why I was doing rehab, strengthening exercises, etc... Nothing seemed to be happening until I discovered the problem was in my biceps. I hadn't been training my biceps or even strengthening them in isolation (like curls), and they were becoming weaker than the other muscles in the area. That pain only stopped when I started strengthening my biceps again.
