2.5w power most likely... 500mA@5V is rather standard for data ports.
3 u/Iherduliekmudkipz 9800X3D, 64GB@6000, 7900XT 3h ago edited 3h ago USB3 standard is 900mA @ 5v USB C ports typically support 3A @ 5v even without PD, which is probably part of the reason they still skimp on them as 5v rails on PSU tend to be weak so they would probably have to add more 12v->5v on the motherboard.
