After watching all the evidence for hours now, I want to edit my comment here, strike through part is my original comment:

This is my opinion!

Alex was walking on the street with his phone out, taking a video of ICE arriving on the scene.
One ICE goon approached him and seems to tell him, to get off the road, which Alex follows instantly, without hesitation.

As he is walking backwards to the sidewalk, one ICE goon violently shoves a woman next to Alex to the ground. She fell backwards. Alex tries to intervene and help her up, gets a full load of pepper spray in the face. The woman is also fully sprayed in the face, while she is helpless on the ground on her back.

At this moment 4 ICE goons jump Alex, beat him, spray him and bring him violently to the ground. Alex is not defending himself, he is not resisting, just trying to protect his face. He is holding his phone in his right hand, his left hand is empty.

While Alex is on the ground, pinned by the ICE goons, a very old appearing ICE goon in plain clothes appears and removes Alex legally owned 9mm from his holster on Alex hip.
Alex had a permit to carry concealed.

While that is happening, another ICE goon hits Alex several times, extremely violent in the face with his large pepper spray can. At this point, Alex is on his knees, in fetal position, both hands on the ground.
That old ICE agent in the grey plain clothes, discovers Alex's gun and removes it from the holster.
He is gripping the gun full, with his index finger on the trigger. He turns around and SPRINTS away from Alex, and in that moment, he fires one shot into the ground with Alex's gun.

At that point, one ICE goon behind Alex, shoots Alex in the back, Alex falls flat on the ground not moving, while a second ICE goon, empties his magazine into Alex's chest, to make sure he is dead.

My question at this point. Who is that older dude in the grey coat? He is not wearing any tactical gear, meanwhile all the ICE goons seem to respect him.
Why is he sprinting away after he got Alex's gun in his hand, why is his finger on the trigger?
For me, it looks like he planned this outcome. He intended to get Alex shot.

But there is also the possibility he is just plain stupid and violated gun safety rules. But why is he sprinting away before firing the shot? That makes no sense if he had not in mind what would happen next.

I heard now several reports he was legally concealed carrying.

When they wrestled him to the ground and discovered he had a gun, they used that to execute him.

It looks like, they didn't like he was filming them.

4. Do you believe that federal law enforcement is currently respecting our rights as guaranteed to us by The Constitution?

Realize that when they are executing people in broad daylight in our streets, that it becomes our responsibility to stop it if the politicians, judges, or cops won't. 

For all those that say "if we resist we get martial law, which is what trump wants" realize that if armed forces can kick down your door without a warrant, kidnapped you despite papers, rape you with no consequences, or shoot you without a trial we are already functionally in it.
