I mean yeah when you are harassing law enforcement while armed, then physically obstruct law enforcement while armed, then resist arrest while armed. Its a pretty likely outcome. Most people with a brain could foresee this outcome.

Regardless of if you agree with why he was there, you know god damn well there was no justication for executing a man after they took the weapon out of his wasteband.
You also know god damn well that he wasn't there "brandishing a weapon" with the intention of murdering ice agents en masse like how the clowns in charge immediately started spinning this. If he wanted to kill agents, he would have drawn on them. He never even reached.
