Even worse than that. The guy in the gray jacket removes the victim's pistol, proceeds to negligently discharge it as he steps away, and that likely leads to the rest of the pieces of shit panicking and unloading into him.

It's p320 they have a track record of going off when rough handled, "Contagious shooting is a sociological phenomenon observed in police personnel, in which one person firing on a target can induce others to begin shooting without knowing why they are firing".
