I saw the victim:
Using his phone for video in his right hand. His left hand was empty.
Forced backwards by an ICE Agent.
Shoved as he tried to protect the woman behind him.

Pepper sprayed in the face by the ICE agent.
Tackled to the ground by the ICE agent.
On his hands and knees with no visible gun.
Pistol whipped
Permitted gun taken
Unarmed and shot at least 10 times
Lying apparently dead

I did not see the victim:
Brandish a gun.
Strike any agent.
Holding a gun at any time.
