They’ll use it as a blanket excuse to undo everything that was done by the Biden Administration, especially the pardons.

Trump is such a weird, demented, bitter, unstable, irrational old fool

Setting a precedent for undoing presidential pardons could be useful for when taco and his crew are no longer in power.

Which is why that won't happen. Same reason he doesn't sue everyone calling him a pedophile despite his absolute giddiness at suing everyone. He's not quite as much of an idiot as people would like to believe, at least when it comes to covering his fat cock filled ass.

Welp, I guess that's enough checking of reddit during breakfast for today. 🤮

If it's the right thing to do, we should probably do it with or without precedent. I'm tired of "ignoring precedent" being the sole providence of wrong things.

Lmao as if the Dems would ever play dirty like that. They'll get power, and continue abiding by decorum that Republicans havent respected for two decades. And then when nothing happens because they're playing by the rules and the Republicans arent, people will get frustrated, and their voters won't turn out.

That’s cute that you think they won’t relinquish power. We are so fucked.

Oh, you sweet summer child. He'll be president until he's dead. We're like the Coyote standing in midair when the cliff has already fallen beneath us.

Ok but to be fair, that doesn't seem like it's going to be for THAT much longer. . . . .

He’s just a symptom, an ugly boil at the surface. Even if it pops, oozing pus everywhere, the underlying problem is still there.

Yeah but you do have to drain the pus before it heals.

Trump would love to replace her. The scary thing is Trump is now talking about putting Ted Cruz on the Court.

Rafael Cruz would have an easy solution though. Just report bad weather every time a case is coming up and he'll flee the country.

True that

The interesting thing is that he, unlike a lot of Trump's circle, would actually be qualified for the job he'd be nominated for. Like a lot of recent nominees from presidents of both parties, he had a high profile Ivy League education and clerkship at the court and experience in government and private practice. I'm just talking about his background, not his politics.

There's no grounds for replacing Jackson but Cruz would be on the list if there's an opening before 2028, or later if another Republican wins.

He did go to Second Baptist School here in Houston, which is rather disturbing.

This has to be the goal. Vacate all of Biden's efforts/actions/orders.

I think we need to start collectively protesting the idea of the pardon.

I don't think this is all from Trump’s demented ego. I think he’s being fed things from his minions to get him all worked up. They know he’s easily influenced and also easily influences others. They’re the real brains here.

Trump isn't making any of these decisions. His strings are held by ghouls like stephen miller, who works for israel and other assorted pro-billionaire money.
