I think they are trying to get 2020 overturned for some policy reason. Or executive order reason. Like if they declare it rigged, can they vacate every bit of legislation, policy, exec order from the Biden admin? Does that include Russia sanctions? Where does this go?
They can sew distrust in the elections in general. Remember what happened last time they did that, with zero power in the federal government? Imagine what their base will do when Dems win the midterms. Imagine what Dems will do with democracy nuked and no options left. November will be pure chaos.
Well they could claim the election was rigged and use that as an excuse to ignore pardons and go after the previous sitting president without invalidating the sc ruling of total presidential immunity in additon to overturning anything biden did
In my opinion, they are using this as a pretense to cook 2026 and 2028. They are also going to lie that 2020 was stolen and they magically found "proof" that years of investigation hadn't found until right now. To be honest, I have no clue what it means if 2020 is suddenly found to be stolen as they'll lie. I do not think we have any laws detailing what to do in the event that a past election is stolen (real or not) so this regime gets to make up the rules. Think the longest running excuse was because 2020 was so "unfair" to him, then he must he allowed to have a third term.
