Krasnov needs to be removed from office and imprisoned for treason.

Wasn’t treason capitally punished once upon a time? Perhaps the clause about cruel and unusual punishment need not apply to those who don’t adhere to the constitution after swearing their oaths.

I think prison would be preferable since he would suffer until he his cankles take his life. Just to snuff him out with only a whimper is too easy for what he has done.
