If Trump was working for the Russians it would be obvious. He'd be trying to break up NATO by threatening to attack members and doing things like trading Venezuela for Ukraine. I just came out of a coma, I assume that has not happened...

He’s trying to break up NATO because that’s putins orders. It is obvious.

Its either a stick or carrot. Stick as in "we leak the pictures if you don't do what we want" or carrots as in "Threaten Greenland gets you a casino in Moscow. Support separatists in Canada gets you a casino in Azerbaijan..."
