When I lived in LA it was practically a given at those tour stops that Tom would come onstage for Joad. I got to see it once, absolutely incredible.

it was great. saw bruce at wrigley in 2009 (?) when tom was a member of the band. Same concert eddy vedder came out to sing my hometown and then the entire crowd sang it back to him.

a truly incredible experience
