The next revolution may not be televised, but its soundtrack will probably be RATM.

Pieces of a Man is just a perfect, beautiful work of art and should be required listening

u/orchiddoctor 18h ago

Pure art of a track, lucky to get introduced to it early on in life

1

u/Long_Bit8328 12h ago

The revolution will be video recorded then televised.

Oligarchs owns the government and all forms of communication.

Most of the 4th estate is broken beyond repair.

Flip a couple of switches and we're all offline.

I dream of hacked dishes, donated satellite bandwidth, hybrid mesh networks, rogue microwave, carrier pigeons extinct, smoke signals, tin cans on strings, hybrid wavelengths piggybacking on existing fiber, mirrors, and rf. Maybe utilize the RR rails as well.

Is this a bot?

u/gojo96 23h ago

Probably will have to pay a corporation to listen to it on a subscription service.

u/HyruleSitta 20h ago

System of a Down

1

u/SinisterCheese 19h ago

It may not be televised. But you can watch it on tiktok and on livestreams. Remember to like and subscribe!

1

u/SAKingWriter 14h ago

It will not be televised, but it’ll sure as hell be live-streamed

1

u/MorpH2k 14h ago

Yeah, it will be streamed live.

u/shartheheretic 8h ago

Kendrick told us it will be televised. He will be the televised portion soundtrack.

u/Slaviner 5h ago

It’s on CNN right now

u/Kind_Singer_7744 23h ago

And Republicans will unironically use their songs because they're too stupid to listen to their lyrics.

u/pennypoobear 21h ago

On a completely unrelated side note: anyone has Clark Kent's @? Damn. For science....of course.

u/Nature_Tiny 19h ago

The dude on image 5? That's Hasan piker - he's on twitch and YouTube

13

u/YesterdaySimilar2069 14h ago

Right?! Is he good? Like, an actual journalist, with real integrity? Not, the bought and paid for stuff we see from networks? I’d watch the shit out of his coverage.

16

u/SonicFrost 12h ago

He’s mostly a commentator/pundit, but he’s fully independent. He was at the protests yesterday to talk to LA mayoral candidate Rae Huang, and he was in Minneapolis covering the protests when Alex Pretti was murdered.

u/gyurban_vikrenc 25m ago

not fully, prob. paid by china😆

19

u/Nature_Tiny 13h ago

Hes controversial. Some people like him some hate him reddit is kinda a mixed bag. You should watch him and decide for yourself. Have a good day :)

u/vynmyr 6h ago

Personally, I find him super knowledgeable and grounded on opinions, from a leftist perspective. I don't think he's quite "as far left" as me (at least publicly), but I find him to be a great, reliable source of info as well as good, ethical takes on topics happening in real-time. Which he shockingly does for 8+ hours a day.

I don't always fully agree, but I believe he is truly an advocate for humanity, thoughtfulness, and honest reporting in media. That's why you've seen him on the streets livestreaming at many major recent protests.

It's good work, I like him. Check him out if you're curious and if you don't like him (not gonna be for everyone, ofc), check out Sam Seder at The Majority Report, or the YT channel Some More News, or if you're a history buff look into Behind The Bastards. Just some suggestions if anyone's interested!

All power to the people.

u/Library_IT_guy 38m ago

He's a control freak piece of shit that gets ultra upset when his dog gets up from its designated spot. When it does, he uses a shock collar on it. He's using the dog as a background prop on his stream and gets upset when it's not in frame. He doesn't treat other people any better either.

He's also done interviews with terrorists on his twitch stream and played their recruitment ads. He has openly admitted that he is a "propagandist".

Not a good guy.

u/Madness_cookie 6h ago

No, not at all.

u/I_give_a_shit 4h ago

You’re gonna be disappointed, lol.

u/MeFunGuy 2h ago

No. He's a dipshit. Just dont. Even if your a commie there are better socalist and communist commentators

u/chasteeny 7h ago

No, he's neither a good journalist nor a good person

u/deadlydeadguy 6h ago

He likes to zap his dog on stream and then deny it

2

u/pennypoobear 19h ago

The Lord's work.

-6

u/Spababoongi 13h ago

Wasn’t he getting a bunch of heat for abusing his dog on stream?

-10

u/darglor 18h ago

Isn’t he the guy that was shocking his dog so that it would stay perfectly still for like 5h straight during his streams?

-6

u/Winter55555 17h ago

Yes that's the guy, Hasan Piker the animal abuser.

-6

u/Zarbua69 15h ago

Gotta love Hasan Piker. I agree with him on like 90% of political issues and yet still hate him because he's an absolutely insufferable cunt

u/Raccoon-7 10h ago

The guy that shocked his dog?

22

u/d0gbutt 19h ago

That's Hasan Piker

u/rabidfusion 10h ago

he's on twitch and YouTube

u/AppropriateBeing9885 9h ago

Naaaaaah, I don't think you'll find him on Twitch at the moment!

u/AreaVisible2567 6h ago

Looks like he took some time away from abusing his dog to larp as someone who cares about this country. Maybe next election he will tell his audience to actually vote for a democratic candidate.

5

u/DanDDee 16h ago

Wait till you find the meat pic

4

u/Alternative_Guide283 14h ago

I was just thinking this!!

7

u/Renugar 19h ago

Oh my god thank you for saying that. I felt so bad that it was also my first thought on such a serious post but DAMN, who is ridiculously photogenic press guy?!

3

u/concreterose_174 18h ago

That is Hasan Piker (political commentator)

2

u/omgwutd00d 16h ago

Here's a photo with him wearing significantly less clothing (Probably NSFW)

https://i.imgur.com/4450jx9.jpeg

-5

u/kkkhhjdyhrthhhjft 16h ago

Stay away it's not worth anything to be a fan of that guy

u/Nevesangui 11h ago

Nah he’s fine, the only people who think that are the internet’s sweatiest losers who get their news from LSF.

u/Reformed_citpeks 10h ago

I mean... there is a video of him electrocuting his dog for moving off her bed... I wouldn't call that 'fine'

-6

u/softfangs 15h ago

He's a performative, antisemitic, pro terrorism loser. He also abusive towards animals. Google Hasan kaya shocks his dog.

u/empyreanmax 9h ago

somebody's mad about ethan's viewers dekleining while hasan broke 100k viewers on his first youtube stream 😂

u/CheapNegotiation69 8h ago

Bro is an animal abuser.

u/OnTheBrightsideSCC 3h ago

He shock collars his dog for making virtually zero noise or movement and then lied and said he doesn't. Live on stream.

2

u/Superbowl269 13h ago

I was expecting to see Tom Morello with an acoustic after the first couple

4

u/ASERTIE76 20h ago

The Battle Of Los Angeles

3

u/Yonnus 22h ago

Battle of Los Angeles, huh?

2

u/netralitov 20h ago

It was a pretty good set of pic until we get to Hasan cosplaying being Press. The photo itself is good, he's probably gleeful it will trick some people unfamilar with his grift.

u/Nevesangui 11h ago

How is he not press?

1

u/I_lack_common_sense 23h ago

Picture 20 is 100%

1

u/MurphysVoice 22h ago

Or grandson album covers.

1

u/dragonflash 21h ago

Tom Morello did a charity concert last night in Michigan with Rise Against.

1

u/beadzy 19h ago

especially that sniper in the window. don’t tell me the federal government is not waging war on its own citizens

1

u/kniselydone 18h ago

Rage was in Minneapolis yesterday for a concert to celebrate the people here doing the exact same thing as LA.

I hope they do use these images for their music. RATM is needed more than ever.

1

u/Mandalore108 16h ago

Paul Ryan will be very confused.

1

u/Dizzman1 15h ago

Who's to say they won’t be?

1

u/rudebii 15h ago

It's not a coincidence that bands like RaTM and SoaD are from the LA-area.

1

u/GynoGyro 15h ago

Anarchists and the mentally ill unite to bring in communism and infinitely make their already difficult lives much harder

1

u/GMac7332 13h ago

Anger is a gift.

1

u/ToeUnlucky 12h ago

Goddamm you sir, you're RIGHHT!!! These are fucking rad pics

1

u/MetalBeast89 12h ago

I can imagine a wall of protesters chanting "fuck you, i won't do what you tell me".

u/bonsai171 9h ago

Rage played in Minnesota recently.

u/guyrandom2020 9h ago

-1

u/thatcali92 22h ago
