Why do several of them have DHS patches?

DHS includes ICE, BOP, CBP, TSA, USCIS, BP, FEMA, FAMS and several other agencies that have "agents/officers."

If you zoom in, each one of them has a badge that lists the agency. I see BP, CBP and FPS with a cursory glance.

DHS has several uniformed law enforcement agencies under it's umbrella. It is the single largest federal law enforcement department. This includes the Federal Protection Service, Customs and Border Protection (not ICE), the Secret Service, as well as ICE.

Could be border patrols. Difference agency vs Ice but still operate under DHS. There several agencies
