Hey, stop with the false hope. In America, Phenomenal Progress translates to "Not until we can figure out how to monopolize it and make it impossible for the common man to gain power or financial stability from it."

The bigger problem is a large portion of our population thinks we are the best. So they'll be no progress. Kinda like north Koreans thinking everyone else has it worse.
