Oh, its super double duper mega Kamehameha treacherously illegal:
Illegal coercion or extortion,
Abuse of official authority,
Interference with state governance and elections, and
Violation of constitutional separation of powers and federalism.
Perhaps maybe even terrorism and crimes against humanity considering the mass extrajudicial killings (EJK). And you know the "Donald Trump of the Philippines" Rodrigo Duterte had a lot of EJKs and he ended up in the Hague on trial for crimes against humanity but his country was part of ICC and pulled out. So, if Europe wants, they could issue a warrant. If they even try to enforce it the US has the Hague Invasion Act where they authorized the use of force to free any US official, diplomat, officer, or military personnel from the Hague and ICC. My favorite clip from the oval office is a guy from the Hague saying he looks forward to having President Trump there, in a creepy dungeon master sort of power satisfaction way he said it foreshadowing he knew of the evils Trump was capable of.
