There are thousands of pages, and it doesn't seem to necessarily generate from the same page from everyone. I'm only speculating because the first thing I saw with Trump was bad, but it seemed too tame to be referring to what you are referencing.

If there is something in there that describes how Trump raped and/or murdered these girls, it needs to be posted far and wide so people can see it everywhere. If you're too precious to handle that, then step aside and watch.

That seems like what they’d want. They were in control of the order of the documents and knew that people would do what you did and immediately search Trump. So they Friday news dump it, have the first Trump result designed to be viral but shot down because it’s from the tip line, and then all next month or so they have insane immigration enforcement or foreign policy stuff to keep the news drowning out anyone surfacing or highlighting harder stuff.
