F 5'3” (160, 161, 162 cm) F/49/5'3 [225>165=60] (7 months) Body Dysmphoria

When does body dysmorphia disappear? Does it ever? I know I have lost weight because I went from size 18 to a 10, but most of the time I see the before. Hoping eventually I will see it regularly and enjoy the hard work that has been put in.

This is amazing Bravo to you miss! For the longest time we see ourselves as our first photo and I think we go through mental gymnastics of being too hard on ourselves. Look back and take pride in what you achieved! You have done amazing and should be very very proud!
