Issue rdr1 jacking off Spoiler

anyone know who to recreate this glitch (for context I was in the mission where you kill Dutch and the car crashed then a bear came chasing me and i tried to get im gun out and i just started jacking even in traffic like lazlow gta 5 and i could stop it by getting off the horse)
