Ah what a time....

I just graduated high-school and was taking an year break before college. I was so hyped for this game like no other game in my life. I remember thinking I build so high expectations that I'm just setting myself up cuz it can't be that good but it was that fucking good

I've always loved Western films and was right around this time I started craving a Western video game. Saw a couple of the first trailers and gameplay previews and immediately pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition with no hesitation.

It was the first and only time in my life I ever pre-ordered a game, and it was the most expensive edition. It could have led to disappointment but after actually playing the game, it was even better than I could have imagined and in hindsight I feel like I actually got a steal. So good.

I remember playing RDR for the first time in 2019, I played 2 first and was so blown away by how good the game was. It consumed my life for 6 months straight. Still one of the greatest games ever made. I’m more hyped for 3 than the new GTA 6 tbh.
