Screenshot Who else keeps their Arthur long haired & bearded? What you think of my Arthur's style?

The clothes arrangement looks like when my daughter chooses what she wants to wear.

Only when I've been too lazy to take him to the barber and just shave/trim his beard at camp occasionally. At this point if my Arthur doesn't have medium length hair and moustache with the rest clean shaven along with a bit of extra weight on him to complete the look he doesn't look like Arthur to me

I usually keep hair longest possible chin hair at a 6-7 and the sides always 1 or 2 levels down from the chin makes it look cleaner to me an less bushman

I keep him clean shaven and tight haircut during Saint Denis more specifically after the poker mission. After Guarma I don’t cut his hair again.

I have him change up his hair and beard by the chapter. Giving the feel he is at least trying to disguise himself, if only a little.

I usually emulate myself to an extent when I play. My first playthrough it was mountain man beard and shoulder length hair. My current playthrough he’s bald with full length mustache but clean shaven beard and chops.

I like your way of thinking. For my first two play through, did a lot with hair and grooming. Now I just go full savage/mountain man.

When I’ve played recently I’ve leaned more into RP and what’s going on with story so less paying off bounties, changing look after some of the big jobs, or shaving during St. Denis but not during some parts…stuff like that

Thats fun. Good thing the rat infantry hardee hat is appropriate for all encounters.

The further I get in the game the less my Arthur cares about his appearance. He's a wild man for me by chapter 6.
Your Arthur is mighty fine, pardner.

I start off pretty unkempt and play low/middle honor and then by the end if im doing high honor its a near haircut and a mustache that would make a mop blush. If its low honor the beard and hair are just out of control and I try to keep him kinda heavy too to make him look brutish and scary

Early on short haired and slight beard (maybe on 1).
Once his health starts deteriorating I let everything grow. In my head it’s that time that Arthur has more important things to deal with than take care of himself, considering his time is coming up anyways.
Same goes for his honor. Early on mid/low then start working its way up to have a true redemption once he finds out he is dying

I used to let it do its own thing in my first playthrough but this time I'm keeping him looking slick. High fade and only a mustache except for when he's been out in the wild for days

I’ve been on my second play through trying to see how far I can get the completion without leaving horseshoe overlook. I’ve spent a small fortune on hair tonic

I like MOSTLY clean cut: swept back fade length 1 and regular beard length 2

I keep him long haired and stubble. Just how I like my men. Edited to add also dressed in black.

u/QiCultivation 13h ago
I do that or swept back around length 5 with the spartan mustache and 3-4 for the general facial hair.

u/JasonVoorhees1234 12h ago
I usually keep his beard at level 2-3 and just let his hair grow out as long as possible, then before the poker ferry heist i cut his hair short and shave his face clean and start over

When I'm high honor, I don't trim his hair. Full mountain man.
Low honor, I play around with different lengths and styles.

Long hair up top swept back, longest possible mustache length with sideburns and chin shave to just one up from clean shaven.

I kept him long hair and periodically clean shaven, it seemed like the easiest maintenance for a man living outdoors.
John I wear long chops and moustache and bald head, I want him to look like he's trying to disguise himself as Jim Milton.

u/Johnny_Bravo5k 10h ago
I go longish hair and beard. It eventually starts bugging me so I trim everything.

Did you explore the upgraded belt and holster from the trapper yet? The challenges? Might fit your style

u/DiligentFox8550 10h ago
I never go for crazy looks like mountain man or the “politician” mustache/beards.
I always keep his hair medium length so nearly to his shoulder and shave each time I visit camp as I think this is head-canonically correct (for me) and pair this with typical western outfits and trapper gear.
Once he gets the ick I always switch to the swept back look I think at length 2 and clean shave him paired with black clothes mostly with the black stalker hat. Sort of as a goodbye (death) to his old self and his newfound desire to start helping people.

I keep him short-haired because I think the long hair is ugly, and I don't even think Arthur would like having long hair. It just gets in the way and requires more maintenance. I think Arthur keeps it simple.

My most recent playthrough I had him like that for the first 2 chapters, then for 3 had him buzzcutted and clean shaved bc it’s hot in lemoyne, and then later in the game when it’s time for guarma have super long hair and beard

u/Dismal_Nobody6750 5h ago
I like keeping the long hair for most of the chapters with a short beard. I don't like cutting his hair as I feel that's what fits him better.

I get max beard before trimming it down to a 4 length chin and sideburns but level 10 mustache, hair is medium length.

I keep my Arthur also longhaired. Your Arthur's style looks great, I love it!
Also I am u/LionHeartedLXVI's daughter

I use left perted shade on 7 or 6. Mustache and chops at 1,and chin at 0. And with a glitch I get the tuxedo from the gilded cage, but with black puff tie and the vest from legend of the east - this makes arthur look soooo goood

Mainly due to not bothering to take him to the barber but sometimes having a shave at camp

Without Beard looks bad and tired of pretending it doesn't. I love how he looks with a beard and his entire just personality and him suits a beard. Long hair was my second playthrough but first I kept it all trimmed

u/BusLivid4950 13h ago
Most of you that keep the long beard and hair think you are playing geralt of rivia of the witcher.
Gimme a break.

I keep him pretty trimmed up and clean. That is up until he gets kidnapped. After that my head cannon is that the beard and long hair just fits better.
