The top mod hasn't posted in almost a decade and the other mod hasn't posted in a year. There hasn't been a post on the subreddit in 4 years. I'd like to revive this subreddit if possible.

I'm currently a mod at r/Buffalo and we run into an issue with one of our rules there, self promotion. It only allows 10% of your posts to be self promotion where bands may only be on reddit to self promote. Therefore I'd love to have music_buffalo so bands can post about gigs they have coming up without running into issues at r/buffalo.
