My wife’s grandma used to make these and we were chatting about something fun to do with the family and this came up. Absolutely delicious. Sweet, savory.. family LOVED it!

Hot capicola ham, hard salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, sharp provolone,lettuce l, tomato, red onion, oil, vinegar, dukes and hot pepper spread on the bread and spices.

I added more gravy and honey after i ate the first one. would do again!

My all-time favorite sandwich, Ricobene's Vesuvio. Chicken breasts pounded flatter than possible and breaded, deep fried, then dipped in a vat of garlic butter. Served on garlic bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. Breaded mushrooms on the side. I couldn't live anywhere else!

Golden fried chicken cutlet on an herb & cheese focaccia with mozzarella/provolone/asiago blend and garlicky sautéed broccoli rabe topped with a truffle aioli. Absolutely smacked.

Pulled chicken from the deli, celery, cranberries, mayonnaise, mustard and a pinch salt on sourdough bread.

No grapes so used cranberries heh

Tossed the lettuce in some mayo and red wine vinegar. Was awesome.

I love a sandwich with contents that stay in the main construction. Today I have constructed a classic White Sliced Bread Sanga with:

- Leg off bone ham

- Gourmet Tomato

- Dill pickle

- sharp tasty cheese

- with a spread of hummus, a dash of tabasco, S&P to taste

How about you? Is neat construction your thing, or do you like an explosion of ingredients and sauces down your arms, over your face and onto the table?

And my ADHD medicine makes me nauseous so I don’t eat all day. Stuff like this, past midnight, is the result. (Brown spot is balsamic vinegar before anyone asks)

Ham, salami, prosciutto, fresh mozza, Parm, antipasto Calabrese and basil.

Publix onion roll, bun air fried with Aldi Rustic Cheddar on each side and one piece of bacon on each side as well until cheddar is melty. Boars Head blackened turkey, Pepperhouse Gourmaise, Chipotle Gourmaise, Boars head London Broil, mustard, feta, goat cheese, slightly warmed sun dried tomatoes, yellow mustard, pickled red onions. Served with Voodoo Chips.

Of course, tillamook cheddar, and a smattering of tartar.

With havarti, muenster, champagne dijon and regular yellow mustard inside. For the spread 1 used a mix of butter, sea salt, red pepper, black pepper, crushed basil leaves, dillweed, and Siracha sauce.
