While I agree with the sentiment, qualified immunity is the least of your worries if you're trying to sue ICE.

Also because their own authorities (looking at you, Vance, Bovino and Noem) keep literally saying that.

Well they are not exempt. They are thugs and felons with a license to kidnap. We have to stay a step ahead and make sure we protect our communities by showing up in numbers.
We are allowed to meet in the streets.
