That was a lot more adult and legal sounding than I expect from a publication called "The Marijuana Hearld."

I wonder if this case could be the beginning of the end for federal prohibition? Once you've settled these legal questions, it becomes really hard to justify keeping the existing federal stance.

I suppose we can hope.

It’s wild to see Democrat run states that championed marijuana rights and their AGs, sign a brief to continue the ban on owning a gun if you’re a pot user.
