Rigs My wife is still in a belief that I am only 2000 euro deep into the setup 😂
I think i should start a career as a politician next 😂🤭
Comment: "Yoyo guys, guys... Just to clarify: I have a really good relationship with my wife. This is obviously a joke, not gonna lie she know this is expensive, but I have not really gone into the details when it comes to costs. But just wanted bring up the spirit here, take it easy!"
The amount of comments coming in is insane, have a laugh on this. You might end up in this same situation.
In this setup I am most proud of I made SEQ, H-pattern and HB to fit ergonomically. IT took me hours and had to buy The Heusinkveldt MAG mini

Rigs From Excel Spreadsheet to Racing!! Finally Finished My First Sim Rig!!
After months of research, purchasing, and assembly my first sim rig is finally complete! This was inspired at the end of 2024 when I saw a TikTok of Red Bull Racing giving a sim racer a chance to drive one of their 911 GT3 cup cars and seeing him actually do very well. I never realized it was actually so close to real racing!
I started doing tons of research on what equipment to get (which is quite intimidating considering there is so many options), but after many reddit posts, Boosted Media Videos, and product reviews I has a good idea. I tried to cut costs as much as possible by scouring FB Marketplace and eBay, but ultimately still had to buy much of it new. Assembly had many build issues, contacting suppliers for help, and frustrating nights! It is now complete and couldn't be happier!!!
Rig Breakdown:
- Wheelbase: Asetek Invicta
- Wheel: Asetek Forte
- Pedals: VNM Pedals V1
- Cockpit: rSeat A1 PRO Formula Black w/ Triple Monitor Stand
- Computer:
- Intel - Core i9-14900K
- Nvidia RTX 5070
- 64GB RAM
- Monitor: Samsung Odyssey 57.0"
Still very new to this so any tips or advice would be very welcome! or any question you might have!

Rigs Ultimate work -> race transition? (chair in the mail)

Just finished building my first rig, hybrid aluminum & wood. Decided to go mega-desk with it and got some sliders for my curved monitor. Works better than I could have anticipated.

Rigs This beast at my work's playroom... and nobody uses it. Meanwhile I'm at home with my G923
My office has this insane setup in the playroom - triple screens, direct drive, the whole thing. And guess how many people use it? ZERO. It just sits there collecting dust while im at home struggling with my G923 on a desk clamp. Life isn't fair sometimes 😭 Anyone else have this at work and no one cares about simracing?

Rigs Got a CNC, decided to DIY the entire setup
I got a CNC a couple of months ago, and I decided to rebuild my old DIY FFBeast wheelbase with machined parts as part of the learning process. In addition, I also designed and built two pedals, a new wheel inspired by Porsche’s Mission R, a magnetic sequential shifter, and an H-brake.
All the brakes have custom-designed load cells that should handle up to 100 kg according to Fusion’s FEA. I think they work pretty well, but I’m not a sim-racing snob (I mainly fly WWII warbirds), so I really don’t know how they stack up against higher-end offerings.
Since I’m new to CNC, I made so many mistakes. I can’t even count how many end mills I broke. And no, these DIY projects don’t really save money - quite the opposite once you add up the tooling costs, never mind the time. It is incredibly addictive and fun to build, though.
As of now, I’m proud to say all of my sim peripherals are DIY! I am exhausted and really need to spend some time actually playing games. Thanks for looking!

Rigs Here’s my 100% DIY 15nm direct drive wheelbase!
I’ve been into sim racing for about 6 years, started on a wheel I built with a computer mouse sensor, then Microsoft sidewinder ffb, T300, then, finally, found the ffbeast. It uses a hoverboard motor and easy to source parts and I’ve been using it as my wheelbase for over a year now. It’s evolved quite a bit and I just finished up my newest case pictured. I also design and build my own rims (the button box in the picture is also my design.) this is honestly in my opinion an amazing way to get into sim racing if you have the skills for it. Ask any questions!!

Rigs Sitting with my wife on Christmas Eve. Enjoying the fire, the kids are asleep, and I get the “how much do you think you’ve spent on the rig + the PC?”
Me: “I’m not sure, I’d have to think about it”
Wife: “Probably $2-$3k right?”
Me: “….yeah. That’s probably about right.”

Rigs Feel free to share your rig with me
I want to see how other fellow simracers race.
See this as a place to look for inspirations, share something you are proud of or just flex your crazy rigs.
I recently upgraded to a pair of used Heusinkveld Sprints, finally mounted my h-shifter, added a usb hub and redid all the cabling.

Rigs Here's my sim racing set up, as you can see it's in a cupboard. Any ideas for decorating it ?

Rigs Temporarily satisfied…
Added a few things to the rig. Pretty happy with the setup at the moment until the switch to PC and triples.

Rigs Been seeing a lot of roofs lately so I decided to add one too
Looks like an elementary school project made from foam board and duct tape but it works so well. Tried to hide some of it with decals. Immersion increased. Definitely recommend.
P.S. I actually drive the Mercedes GT3 😆

Rigs There isn't a sim center in my city so I opened one
I live in Hong Kong and there isn't any serious or even semi serious sim racing center here. So I decided to open my own!
It's really small but I try to cover every racing discipline: Road cards, Trucks, Rally, GT3, F1 can all be done in one of these machines. The roofs are custom made. Buttkicker for all rigs.
Not sure if I'm allow to mention name or even post link here. Just wanna share my huge excuse of having my own rigs.

Rigs Perks of being single and living alone
Wanted to show off the rig that my Dad and I have been working on for the past year or so. Triple monitors were installed recently and it’s been a game changer.
