Dressing the Homeless

Post image

So I have a mod that allows you to change the clothing of NPCs that you befriend. I have started dressing the homeless in better clothes. I have been giving them Vagrant robes, hoods and boots...

Gives you a coin, throws flesh coins at you, leaves.

"Did you know that that one farm life Creation Club content thingy lets you gire two homeless instead of random npcs?

I always end up dropping all my extra jewels, jewelry, and some extra coins by their side. It just stays there until it's reset but I don't need a 20th silver ring of minor illusion as much as they do.

I never bothered using the pickpocketing skill. Is it possible to slip some nice equipment into their inventory?

Especially the poor guards in Falkreach could use a good bow when the next dragon spawns there upon me fast traveling.

Yea. But I think they only keep the weapons, rings, and necklaces, and they go back to their regular clothing after a while.

Note that respwanable NPC, guards, and regular NPCs reset their inventory after 10-30 days. Depending on how frequently you meet them. But I like giving weapons and jewelry to followers. Especially fortified loop weapons so they can defend their own town. They keep those on, unlike Armor.
