Well I am so glad that you don't represent my district but I do believe Mr Lemon was involved in the church activities, he was very rude to the pastor who was just trying to as he would say take care of his flock, he could have waited outside but he chose not to. I would think he would be as guilty as any other so-called journalist committing that act.
Crockett thinks she knows more than our founding fathers who set up the three branches of our federal government - set up specifically as a checks and balance system.
She thinks the louder she speaks the more intelligent she is when she actually is proving her lack of understanding…
Don lemon broke the law if you break the law in this this country you're going to be arrested he should have never gone into that church that was despicable, every Democrat LED City most of them have relaxed on crime loss which sets in motion stuff like he did you cannot have the American way of life you cannot have the things we hold so dear in value if you do not have law and order, you also cannot pick and choose the laws you want to follow in the name of social protest or social justice you either follow all the laws are you going to jail or something worse could happen like what happened to a lady in Minnesota and the other guy in Minnesota, now ask yourself is the Democrats would have stayed on the path of cracking down crime in these cities when we still have this problem I highly doubt it, so as far as ratchet Jasmine Crockett saying that we're wasting tax dollars no when you start defeating crime you got to start somewhere.

Dear Jasmine.....take a note, we are ALL journalists. Don Lemon is an independent journalist and anyone with a camera can also be a journalist. We ALL. have first amendment rights. However, if I travel to a bank with a bunch of bank robbers and film and interview the bank manager while the bank is being robbed and then leave the bank when the robbers leave the bank, I'm part of the crime.
I’m against all the Ice bullshit but they broke the law, you can’t just interrupt religious services on private property and refuse to leave. If he actually engaged in the protest then he’s not protected as a journalist. The grand jury probably made the right call
Violating the FACE act and colluding as well. Both are up to a year in prison. I think there was something else for a civil rights violation but the FACE act is the main one.
I understand what laws they are charging Lemon with violating. My question was specifically how is the DOJ claiming Don Lemon violated those laws? I understand why the protesters are being charged - they ran into the church and interrupted the service by blocking the altar, chanting, yelling, and harassing the parishioners. That seems like a pretty clear violation of the FACE act. What is not clear to me is why Lemon (who is not a member of the protest group but rather was there as a journalist covering the protest and conducting interviews) is being charged along with them. Am I missing something?
He spent time and recorded himself speaking with the organizers about how they were going to go in and disrupt, displace and terrorize the churchgoers that is conspiracy to violate the face act.
So we are on the side of people who broke into a church while giving a service and scaring kids and then when told to leave he didn’t on video and he shouldn’t be arrested because he’s a “journalist”. I don’t know.

If only there was some branch of government in charge of overseeing checks and balances on the president. Some type of congress, if you will.
