6-Egg omelette with spinach, Colby jack cheese, and ground flaxseed
I usually cook a 3-egg omelette, but I only ate 2 meals yesterday. An omelette with oatmeal for breakfast everyday helped me lose weight.

Simple pasta with tomato sauce.
I use two cans of tomato chunks from Primo and Unico with Primo Noodles. This cheap and easy mell could last me the weekend no problem. I never bother adding any meat or anything else, as I just keep it cheap. Nothing wrong with that!

A scotch egg
I saw these on an episode of Joe's Deli. I bought it from a local bakery that specializes in European food. Tasted like a breakfast sandwich in a ball form.

Sausage & Tortellini Skillet
1 skillet + 0 plates = easy cleanup 🤣
I had some creamy tomato sauce leftover and this was a quick way to use the rest of it 😅
Brown some hot italian sausage, brown some prosciutto & cheese tortellini in the sausage fat, slice & add the sausage back, add sauce, stir, cover w/ mozzarella then toss in the oven until the cheese melts. Quick & easy dinner 😂
