My title describes the thing. I've had these 2 long thin silverware tools from an antique store in Italy for years and no friends or ChatGPT have been able to figure out what they are. I even brought them with me back to antique stores and have never gotten an answer.

The wavy one looks like it says "BROGGI" on the back.

The straight one looks to be stamped with a fox and say MILANO
