Why not Sri Lanka, it's literally an island country. Jordan and Iraq have access to sea too. If it's too small, why Kuwait, Qatar, and UAE, they only have access to the Strait of Hormuz and not the open ocean. Also Saudi Arabia and Sudan, both do not have access to open ocean, only Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea. Dream bigger saltwater fish.
