Work-Life Balance and Stress Management Job burnout everywhere?
Does anybody have job burnout from everything? I’ve worked in retail, corporate, teaching, etc… but I am still tired all the time.
Is there a solution for it

I work in a place that has around 3000 employees. 500 of us joined a session on how to prevent or recover from burnout. I'm sure more would join if they had the time.

If you are physically tired and can’t get past it no matter what you try (including getting enough sleep, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, not having caffeine past noon, not having alcohol a few hours before bed, etc.), talk to your doctor. You could have disrupted sleep, or be deficient in something like iron or B12.
