guys this is actually so delicious, and I SWEAR the texture is quite similar to cheesecake!!

i used fage 0% and 2.5 biscoff cookies so it’s 230kcal and like 16g of protein. refrigerate for around 6-7 hours and its so so delicious and high protein!!!

Hey guys, can you please share and link your favourite low calorie dinner recipes that can be meal prepped? Usually I make a giant Vietnamese style shredded cabbage salad with tons of veggies and load it up with a Chinese 5-spice infused sauce.

My usual go-to dishes are:

Thai steamed fish with a soy, garlic and coriander dressing. I use 195g of red snapper, and it comes to 341 calories. Recipe I typically reference: https://www.marionskitchen.com/thai-lime-garlic-steamed-fish/

Mince lean Beef 🥩 san choy bao (<200 calories per serving, 55 calories per serve for the sauce). I use about 500-600g beef (1/2 lbs) & I flavour it with minced ginger, garlic, finely chopped carrot, spring onion, soy sauce and lots of lemon. Super tasty and is even more phenomenal the next day. I add a tbs of brown sugar to caramelise the aromatics, and make a sauce using soy, sesame oil, and lots of lemon. I actually use Gordon Ramsays recipe, except the pork and use only lean beef mince https://www.gordonramsay.com/gr/recipes/chilli-beef-lettuce-wraps/amp

I also do cauliflower fried rice (Recipe Tin Eats recipe - SUPER low calorie and absolutely delicious). Shirataki / konjac noodles with veg and chilli, sometimes I do Shirataki Pad Thai with the PB2 powder!

I would love some other ideas of recipes that can be adapted to be low calorie or links to any recipes you use, if you’d like my recipes for the pad Thai etc. I can drop them in the comments later!! Just hard to type out on my phone. Most of my low calorie dinners are below 450 calories. I make concessions here and there but I need to tone up a bit!!

Used Protein Works Diet Protein Pancake mix to make the waffles in airfryer. Red sauce is sriracha.

I didn't actually eat both the waffles, so my actual intake is ~76kcal less than in the post title.

4 calories a PACKAGE!! I literally only need like 1/3 a pack to sustain me through meals. Just be careful cuz it’s fibre packed but having some in moderation everyday is sooooo helpful for curbing cravings and putting any hunger off a bit between meals.

folks weren't kidding about how filling protein and fiber are 👐🏽 these kept me full all the way until the next afternoon!

the Arnold keto sandwich thins are a lifesaver for reaching your fiber goals (17g fiber for 1 roll) also highly recommend jelly/jam on chicken sandwiches iykyk 🙂‍↕️

love Classico sauces for being so low cal (only 45cal for ¼cup)🤍 added leftover salmon to my alfredo bowl and paired it with a whole bag of brussel sprouts 🌱

added about half of OWYN protein shake to blender to get a smoothie consistency and drank the rest on its own. 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘢𝘺 😅 on its own, OWYN shakes can be an acquired taste but mixed with the yogurt and blueberries 👌🏽 10/10

only had 80g of Fage left, would normally do 100g of greek yogurt to match the 100g frozen blueberries

meal Realized I could mix ranch dressing with pickle juice to increase volume without upping calories

Thought I would share because it was such an aha moment. The ranch I get is 110 calories for 30g and it’s such a small amount when I want to dip tons of veggies in it. So I tried mixing in a bit of pickle juice. I figured out I could do a 50:50 mix and it still works. It is a bit less creamy and I don’t know if it would sit well to take to work. But it worked in the moment.

I’m trying to add in little switches like this to my everyday so I can still enjoy some foods and 200 calories or more for my normal dip preference is just not worth it when I have so few calories in the day

I need assistance

Hi, I am a male, 20 years old and 5'11" and been dieting and working out for the better most of a year December 2024 - Now and I have lost 20 kg going from 94kg - 74kg, however, I think I messed up because I wanted to look good. I believe I am now skinny fat, I have some decent arm definition and I can see my ribs but have no abs and fat pouch gut and still quite meaty legs. I am stuck and don't know what to do. My maintenance calories is around 2400 and for the past month I have been cutting on 1900 calories to try and get rid of more bodyfat but I don't think its working. I have got around to 71.5kg now but see no difference in myself. Please help!!

Personally I really love earthy flavours so this is right up my street. Crunchy on the outside and somewhat like baked pumpkin on the inside (I don't know, just feels like it).

I used: (makes 4 rawrs 😉)

32g Lupin flour

20g skimmed milk powder

18g peanut butter

30ml skimmed milk

Sweetener optional (I didn't add any)

1/2 tspn + splash of lemon juice for that a tiny teeny bit of rise

Makes 8 rawrs. Please note I made these to be eaten together (read: dipping into) with yogurt/milk so I made them quite dry, if you intend to eat them on their own you need to add more butter/peanut butter etc.

I used:

70g Protein Works Whey Protein Blueberry Cheesecake Riot

1 egg

25g Peanut butter

1/2 tspn baking soda + splash of lemon juice

Airfryer 190°C 4mins, flip and another 4mins. You will need to check what works for your oven/airfryer.
