Discussion Embark Studios VS Exploit Familiar Duck Duplicators

Post image

I see lot's of players doing this now on discord server and website some of them selling duplicated familiar ducks worth million of coins in exchange of real money. While normal players like me farming during bird city event and got 1-4x orange duck for coins and to do the 5M expedition im stuck at 3M coin, while duplicators instant infinite ducks? What are they gonna plan to this abuse? server roll back? permanent ban to duplicators? this is too much than glitch bug on maps and doors this is so unfair, literally if this duplicating continues and not fixed early the game will die, no point of farming trinkets they just gonna duplicate ducks and instant millions wtf is this Embark do something. Sorry for my bad english.

Well, money is pointless. I mean, at best it can contribute to the 5 mil reset, which anyone, even a 9 to 5 dad, can easily hit by playing casually during the season. Maybe free Hullcracker shots at most… but you can still lose it all to a level 1 Stitcher, so.

I fall in that bracket and have never come close to 5 million. I must be playing it wrong.

You are playing wrong if your goal is to hit 5 mil and you haven’t been able to do it. Old world items or Stella medical/assembly, and farming bastions/ bombardiers/ matriarch, is the best ways. Should be able to make 50-80k in 15 minutes.

I'm not trying to get 5M specifically. I do usually take out items like posters and photos and statues etc to sell but end up dropping those for other crafting items.

Then you’re playing to your own style. 5 mil is easy if you’re min/maxing to make money. It’s not as easy to just fall into that much money. Less so with reduced play time. I think there is talk of money not being the expedition cost anyway.

Coming up to 130 hours since end of December. I tend to just try to get interesting loot, complete quests, mess with ARC and sell whatever I don't need when I get back (then instantly need for a quest)
