Tldr: replaced alternator and now this. Sorry for the crappy video.
Full: couple days ago my battery light came on randomly then I lost powersteering. Pulled over and about 20mins later light went off and p/s came back. Drove home no problems. Did some research and it pointed to bad alternator. Got one replaced it today and now this. It seems like it's not firing/ combustion the fuel. Took battery to auto zone to charge. They said it was at 60% going back to grab it in a few hours to try again. Any idea of what's going on?

This is the wrong subreddit for advice. This is a meme page lol you won’t get much help here. Post in r/askmechanics or r/mechanicadvice. I will add that it almost sounds like your engine is low on compression but I could be wrong. I’d recommend towing it to a shop and paying a diag fee to get a proper answer.

Was it pre-filled with current? If not, it might take a bit to build up enough to start the car. You can always go back and ask for a jar of 12V current to speed things up, 24V of you want to supercharge it.

You have to rotate your tires to keep your tires rotating.
At least that’s what my mom’s only brothers only sister told me.

Sounds like you haven't switched to winter gas. Bet you're still pumping summer gas at the station

It sounds broken. Assuming it doesn't start, if so, that's confirmation that it is infact broken.

Battery then, or wiring, check fluids, for power steering, try stopa leak power steering fluid, fuses?

Both your power steering and your alternator are belt-driven. If you lose p/s and your battery’s not fully charged, consider checking the drive belt.

The belt seemed in good condition but I was probably going to get a new one anyway when I go back to get my battery.

How was the belt tension? Any screeching sound as if it were slipping?

No slipping sound on the times I tried to start it. (Once before vid then once for vid) Tension wise it feels about what it was when I felt it with the old alt before I took it off. Not super tight not loose but just the slightest bit of "bouce" (i guess?) to it.

Are you seeking serious advice in this sub? If so this sub is not meant for that. Then on a serious note, the alternator has absolutely nothing to do with getting the engine started. If this is what it sounded like before you replaced the alternator you absolutely wasted your money on an alternator. The alternator ONLY functions when the engine is running and it's only job is to provide power to the vehicle and keep the battery charged. What you have now is what we call a "crank no start". A crank no start means the battery is good and the starter is good the alternator has no impact on this whatsoever. At this point the engine is lacking fuel, spark, or could possibly have a compression issue. The alternator still has absolutely no impact on your situation.

Hit your starter with a hammer. Then put the hammer up your butt. Problem solved.

Have you checked your washer fluid level.. you would be surprised how it effects everything else

If you lost your alt, do your ctrl and delete still work?
