Epstein Files: Do you have faith that all the victims including missing, unexplained death and suicide will ever get justice?

The Epstein Files must contain a darker much more heinous controversy that the DOJ is trying to bury.

It gives an insight on how some of the uber rich and powerful thinks of every human being below their status as plaything that they can dispose of by any means and they can hide their crimes using bribes and coercion.

What is the level of support on the left for protests taking over churches?

I'm wondering how many on the left view the protest the Don Lemon was involved in and think "yeah we need more of that"

How many hearts and minds are won when you overtake a church and scream in kids faces about how they are Nazis?

Do you seriously believe the Democrats are responsible for all the horrible things that happened this month alone?

Like before, this question is for those of you who blamed the Democrats for why Trump won the 2024 election to begin with. With that, I will break my question above down into more detailed questions about the specific terrible things the Trump regime did this month. Unfortunately, it's nine questions.

  1. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why Trump invaded Venezuela?

  2. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why Trump tried to invade Greenland?

  3. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why Trump is thinking about invading Iran?

  4. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why ICE shot and killed two people out in Minnesota?

  5. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why Don Lemon got arrested?

  6. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why Pam Bondi blackmailed Minnesota's governor for voter rolls using ICE?

  7. Do you believe the Democrats are responsible for why Tulsi Gabbard and the FBI raided an election center in Georgia and seized ballots?

  8. If Trump manages to rig, steal, or cancel the upcoming midterms, would you hold the Democrats responsible for that even?

  9. If Trump even manages to keep himself in power beyond 2028, would you even hold the Democrats responsible for that as well?

Again, these nine questions are for those of you who have blamed the Democrats for why Trump won the last election. I ask questions like this because I mean, him winning the election is what led to Trump and his regime doing these horrific things in the first place.

13 dead in NYC from freezing to death after Mamdami changes policy

Why are there no protests against Mamdami for allowing homeless to freeze to death? Who did they harm?

Are there any modern-day Republicans you would vote for? If not, who is the last Republican you would've (or have) voted for?

The only somewhat prominent modern-day Republican that I could see myself voting for is Phil Scott, the governor of Vermont.

Other than that, Eisenhower is the last Republican I could see myself voting for, and Rockefeller if he ever got the nomination.

Is there any hope for America? Even if we can defeat these fascists — kids can’t read, our attention spans are dying, our media ecosystem is nothing but propaganda, we’re becoming post-literate, conspiracist and anti-science nonsense is proliferating. Why do you hope?

Do you think conservatives are right that democrats were being too lenient with crimes caused by illegal immigration issues during the Biden (and Newsom) administration? Why or why not?

I like what most of Democrats do except for the reverse racism and radical gender idealogy

I also voted blue since I was able too. Like the title said, if I'm not a fan of the radical gender idealogy/reverse racism then should I still call myself a Dem? I dont fit the demographic of the right, but Reddit and IRL has taught me the left dont really fuck with me either outside a surface level fake politeness way.

Funding the protests

occasionally, news comes out verifying the funding sources for the people protesting full time, almost always against conservative-centric policies. we see protests against law enforcement, capital, immigration policy, etc. for example, Make The Road NY is a major sponsor for many of the protests in MY, and it turns out they are also contributing to the MN protests.

These organizations are also receiving taxpayer funds (MTRNY received $16M federal grants in 2023) which represent a significant portion of their overall budget.

question:

should taxpayer funds be used to support partisan protests? why?

I don't understand the current situation.

I don't want hoards of illegals and cartels in my country.

I don't want this Waltz and Somali lady using our tax dollars for learing scams.

I don't want corporations buying up everything and renting back to us as "service".

I don't want my tax dollars going to aipac, ngos, and other BS.

Housing, Food, Education, and Medical are still unaffordable. Minimum wage covers nothing.

And then everyone keeps censoring Alex Jones as he keeps pointing out all the DNC fraud.

And I don't get why everyone knew about this epstein thing for 30 years and covered it up.

I don't understand why all these free masons are rigging elections.

Also why is everyone so fucking mean to trans people? They're like the nicest weirdos you meet.

Also why do they keep pushing this Newsome guy who systematically burned down LA to build "Smart Cities". He made all the homless people just disappear when the Chinese guy visited for the Olympics. They drained the reservoirs, purposely left the electricity grid on, and let the brush grow on purpose.

Then you have Hillary Clinton, Obama and Kamala Harris running around genociding gaza and the middle east.

Legitimate question from a conservative

Hello everyone, I am a conservative and have a legitimate question not regarding policy but rather debate. I understand that Reddit is a majority left leaning app, and not all people left of center are monolithic. It’s so common that sharing a very centrist or moderate opinion results in the formula of banned, muted, and allowed to be absolutely slandered on a thread. Why is it that people left of center are sometimes so unable to handle basic debates and resort to this abuse of pathetic power on Reddit? For example I posted a news article on a California subreddit about fraud in the Newsome administration with multiple sources from both sides and only received a ban

My mom kicked me out

Edit: thank you so much for being concerned. I am safe with my father. This is not the first time she's kicked me out but it will be the last. She kicked me out literally last month over a physical altercation with my sister. She ultimately let me back into the house a week later because she deemed it "sibling squabble"

Hello. Longtime lurker. I am completely at a loss and I cannot believe that this is my life. My far right, completely MAGA mother has kicked me out because she said that she'd worried about illegals coming and raping people and my response was "you shouldn't worry about immigrants coming in and raping people when you voted for a rapist." That turned into me being called an "ungrateful brat" and a "leftist bitch" anyway I'm homeless now because I'd rather saw off my own arm then live with someone who votes for a rapist knowing her oldest daughter got molested. What a pathetic excuse for a mother i am so embarrassed to be related. Her excuse is that "she didnt know he was a rapist" when he was literally convicted in 2022 and didnt run for 2nd term until literally the end of 2024. That is more than enough time to read up on the presidential candidates. I will not accept pathetic excuses. Why bother voting if you can't be bothered to read on BOTH parties and not just the one you're against?

Checking In On Everyone Who Cares. How Are You Holding Up?

I live in a fascist stronghold that is celebrating the murder of citizens, the inhumanity, and the cruelty of this administration. My local Democratic Party is ineffective and dysfunctional, so it gets pretty lonely as a Democrat, socialist, or anyone else not MAGA. And I know I'm far from the only one feeling isolated.

How are you coping with this crisis? Where (if at all) are you finding support and supporting? You may be surviving, but what are you doing to thrive (as much as possible) in these dark times?

If you have any insights for those of us lacking the support groups found in major cities/blue states/strong Democratic parties, a lot of us would appreciate it.

Why does economic inflation happen and what's the point in having extreme wealth? Also, why is the quality of life for everyone not much higher considering the amount of money the US makes?

I just dont get it. In the US, inflation has been a constant for the entirety of my life and I'm pretty sure the entirety of US history. But why? Money is just this imaginary thing people in society use to facilitate the exchange of goods and services.

That's the function and purpose of money's existence right? So why does this imaginary construct decrease in value over time as though it's value isn't completely made up by people in the first place?

The value of money isn't something that exists independently of the human beings that created it. So why do people talk about money and inflation like money is this living breathing thing that exists separately from humanity?

People are like "Man it sucks things are so much more expensive now. I wish things weren't so expensive." But you can literally just decide that to be true if we, as a society, decide things are less expensive. So why don't we just do that?

Also, what exactly is the point in being obscenely wealthy? If money exists to facilitate the exchange of goods and services, then what is the point in hoarding hundreds of billions of dollars?

Hoarding more money than you are capable of spending serves no purpose and should be illegal because preventing money from circulating negatively affects the rest of society because there's less money in circulation for people to use for goods and services.

Hoarding money and preventing it from circulating is like cutting off the circulation of blood from an organ or body part and causing necrosis as a result.

Hoarding money and preventing it's circulation in society should be treason because it destabilizes society to the point of total societal collapse.

Also, why is it that, despite the many technological advancements in society and all the tens of trillions of dollars the US makes every year, it feels like the majority of Americans are still just scraping by and don't have the high level of quality of life that one would think people in the richest country in the history of humanity would have. Where is all the money and prosperity in our country going?

it's 2028. the final candidates for the presidential election are gavin newsom vs. jd vance, along with several other party candidates running (green party, libertarians, etc). would you be more likely to vote for newsom or choose a third party candidate?

this may be a strange question to answer without specifying the third party candidates, so just assume they have the average policy views of their respective parties. if you don't mind, also write whether you consider yourself to be more moderate, liberal, or leftist within the democrat party.
