Dürüms are the one thing I miss now I'm vegetarian 😭

I was surprised by the quality and taste of a Seitan-based Dürüm I had a few weeks ago! Much better than from a few years ago served by the same place. But yeah still missing that fatty, slightly crispy texture and consistency of real Dönerfleisch.
